Petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Bihar Examination Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner was trying to enter into the examination hall of some clerical level examination on the identity and admit cards of Abhishek Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner did not appear at the examination. The petitioner went to examination centre to give the identity card to Abhishek kumar. Statement has been made in para-3 that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4097 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 Considering the fact that the petitioner did not appear at the examination, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Ist Class, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 402 of 2014.
