Mr.Parmanand Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P. S. Case No. 216 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., later on, he has been made accused in this case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the only material that is against the petitioner is that an information supplied by the Spy but not even on confessional statement of the co-accused, he has been implicated in this case only on suspicion, as he is an accused in five other cases. He is in custody since 05.08.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

No.1644 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Piro P. S. Case No. 216 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that after release, he has to appear before the police of his local area in the first week of each month, for a period of six months, so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. Bhojpur, Ara, for needful.
