The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of his termination from service in Central Reserve Police Force contained in Annexure-4 where he was serving as constable no.901140768.

After having heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and after having perused the order by which the petitioner was terminated from service, what appears is that the petitioner was afforded proper opportunity to defend himself by being handed over the charges as per heads described in the impugned order and after full-fledged inquiry and also after being afforded an opportunity of producing his witnesses in defence, the impugned order was passed. The charges as enumerated in heads no.1 to 3 of the order contained in Annexure-4 appear as serious as

Patna High Court CWJC No.9031 of 1999 (6) dt.01-04-2015 not to permit any interference by this Court inasmuch as the petitioner being the member of one of the most disciplined services was indulging in serious misconduct of not only dereliction of his duty but also of disobeying the order of his superiors.

Considering the nature of order and the material which were considered in passing the order, the Court does not find any necessity to interfere with the order impugned. The petition appears of no merit and the same is dismissed but in the circumstances of the case without costs.
