Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is covered by the decision of this Court passed in C.W.J.C No. 14182 of 2015 dated 08.09.2015.
In order to maintain consistency, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the decision passed in C.W.J.C No. 14182 of 2015 dated 08.09.2015 and if the case of the petitioner is found similar to that of petitioner of C.W.J.C
Patna High Court CWJC No.2250 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 No. 14182 of 2015 similar benefit should be extended to this petitioner also.
