The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 01.11.2023, thereby granted thirty days' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Rail Sasaram-Dehri PS Case No. 95 of 2023, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that petitioner works in a different State and could not furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the time granted for surrendering before learned trial Court below with respect to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12776 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 order dated 01.11.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65941 of 2023, is hereby extended by two weeks from today.

Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 12776 of 2024 stands disposed of.
