Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that ten live cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case no. 30/2016 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Gopalganj stands rejected.
