Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that wife of the deceased disclosed that the petitioner happens to be elder sister and there was some dispute of partition between the petitioner and deceased for which son-in-law of the petitioner had given threatening to the deceased.

It appears that except the aforesaid suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
