The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No.627 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of two cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of the Police and he is in custody for five months, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.11 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No.627 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
