2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:-

1. That this mandamus writ application is being filed for issuance of direction to the Respondents for regularization of the service of the petitioner as he is working as a Dainik Safai Mazdoor in the Circle Officer Bankatwa since January 2015 as yet from more than 12 years back.

3. Learned counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that the relief which has been demanded by the petitioner is not permissible under law.

4. In the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner that whenever vacancy for the concerned post shall come, he may move afresh before this Court.
