2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022 dated 16.07.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accused husband including these petitioners who happens to be father-in-law, mother-in-law and married sister-in-law of the deceased had done to death the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.697 of 2026(4) dt.19-03-2026 2/3 motorcycle and Rs. 2 lakh as dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, petitioners have no concern with the deceased and her husband who used to live in the village rather the petitioners live outside the state and had got no concern with day to day affairs. It is further submitted that allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, the petitioners are in jail since 17.10.2025 having no criminal antecedent and it has been submitted referring to para-12 of the petition that the husband of the deceased is in custody.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioners played active role in the commission of murder of the sister of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances particularly husband of the deceased is in custody and there having been general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022.
