JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mahila P.S. No. 123/2018, disclosing offences under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center and the report of learned Mediator is available on record, from which, it appears that the mediation between the parties failed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the allegations are false and concocted and he is still ready to keep the informant with full honour and dignity. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for

Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the complainant is also ready to live with the petitioner, if she is kept with full honour and dignity as a wife. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner and the informant to appear before the concerned court below on 07.09.

2019 and if the petitioner files an affidavit with regard to the following (i) that he is ready to keep the informant with himself with full honour and dignity and willing to take the informant with himself from the court itself (ii) he is ready to file undertaking that he or his family members will not make any demand or her or his family member will not torture her (iii) that he will allow the informant to complete her P.G.
