JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of the admitted outstanding dues for the electric fans supplied by the respondent no.2, totaling to a sum of Rs.4,66,100/- in pursuance to order No. 765, 767, 771 and 772 dated 16.03.2012.

At this stage, during the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent no.2 for

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 for payment of the admitted outstanding dues, if any, in lieu of the electric fans supplied by him and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
