The petitioner seeks bail in Tharthari P.S. Case No. 17 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 447 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, informant raised suspicion that this petitioner along with associates committed murder of informant's daughter Rekha Devi with sharp cutting weapons.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is husband of the deceased. During course of investigation, it has come there was love affair between the deceased and Nishant Kumar @ Chhotu. During trial several witnesses including informant have deposed that petitioner was

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IV, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S.
