Mr.Satyendra Narayan Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 for the offence punishable under 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having snatched a sum of Rs. 90,000/- from the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, no T.I. Parade has been held to connect the petitioners with the alleged occurrence and moreover no recovery of the looted cash amount has been made from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1927 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 petitioners herein. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 18.07.2019, while the other accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79024 of 2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioners on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019.
