The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 473 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in both parties, where both parties settled their dispute with agreement that petitioner and the opposite party no.2 will lead their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4856 of 2019(3) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 conjugal life, as husband and wife with certain terms and condition, as detailed in memorandum of agreement attached with the Mediator's Report dated 22.04.2019.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 also submits that both parties have settled their dispute and has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 473 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
