2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to make payment of salary petitioners, whose been to salary the have stopped since November-December 2019 till date without any rhyme and reason. date of their Since the respective appointment the petitioners were paid their salary but all of a sudden they stopped salaries.

The Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, dated Patna vide Memo No. 734 dated 08.07.2022 directed for payment of salary to all District Education Officer, Bihar/District Programme Officer (Est), and Bihar considering the direction aforesaid, this Hon'ble Court in batch of C.W.J.C. No. writ petitions in 16316 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 and in C.W.J.C. No. 22186 of 2019 on 02.12.2022 directed for payment of salaries the case of these petitioners are similar and for want of salary the petitioners are starving.

ii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled to receive in the facts and circumstances stated above."

Considering the reliefs prayed in the writ petition, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 along with all supporting documents within a period of one month and the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months thereafter.

4. If the petitioners are found entitled to any consequential benefits, then the payment of the same shall be made to the petitioners within four months thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
