This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of commission of fire arm injury against the petitioner and five others. Other four persons have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 42(A) of 2015 (arising out of Alauli P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013) to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Khagaria, or successor Court.
