The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 11.3.2014.

In view of the nature of dispute between the Parties that several rounds of talks of settlement were held but to no avail. Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 11.3.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1207C of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

The Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6026 of 2014 (4) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 directed by the Court below, till such time that it is revised by a Court of competent jurisdiction. He shall file a Certificate in this regard by the every 15th day of the month and in case, he fails to do so on two consecutive months without reasonable cause, his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
