JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground is pending consideration before the authorities, hence the same be directed to be disposed of within a specified time frame.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider and dispose of the claim of the petitioner for grant of appointment on compassionate ground within a period of four weeks from today by a reasoned and speaking order.
