Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner two used cartridges were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial
