ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-06-2022 Heard counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ratanakar Jha and S. M. Rahman, learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021 lodged under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 27(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery and seizure was made in gross violation of Section 100 of Cr.P.C.. As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., no case under Section 414 of I.P.C. is made out. Petitioner is a student and languishing in jail since 19.06.2021. Considering the facts that charge sheet submitted, petitioner is in jail since 19.06.2021 and having clean antecedent, I am inclined to grant bail to this petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
