JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught on the spot while he was engaged in manufacturing country made Mahua Liquor and from there 50 liters country made Mahua liquor and 600 Java Mahua were recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chauri P.S.Case No. 34 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara stands rejected.
