2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on 27.03.2025 at about 4 PM, the informant received an information that his son has been killed in his Auto by fire-arm at Chandi-Hathkatta Bara More. On receipt of such information, informant went there and saw the dead-body of his son with fire-arm injuries on head and chest.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.875 of 2026(2) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 17.11.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 77456 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Hilsa, District - Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2025.
