2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 649 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, a married lady is said to have been kidnapped by the petitioner.

4. It appears that the petitioner and the informant were in relationship.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 17.9.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 649 of 2021.
