In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barbigha (Mission O.P.) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim. Allegation has been made against the accused persons to have killed the daughter of the informant. However, the order of the court below shows that the daughter of the informant had died on account of abortion, inasmuch, the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5447 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 has been lodged after two months of the incident. Looking to the aforesaid fact, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha P.S.
