The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 498A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. Wife also alleged that petitioner Md. Irfan solemnized second marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are false and concocted. The petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2014 Considering the fact and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner being husband is in jail for last four months, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4856 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Allauli P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014.
