Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that stolen articles have been recovered from the house of the petitioner on the basis of his confessional statement, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S.
