JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on account of mistake in depicting the name of the respondent no. 4 in the writ petition, the nomenclature of respondent no.4 has been recorded in the order dated 27.03.2018 as Principal Secretary, Department of Minor Agriculture Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna instead of Principal Secretary, Department of Minor Irrigation, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 27.03.2018 is modified to the extent that the respondent no. 4 may now be read as Principal Secretary, Department of Minor Irrigation, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

In view of correction of the depiction of respondent no. 4, the time granted for filing the representation is extended by a further period of two weeks from today and the time granted to respondent no.4 for disposal of the representation is also extended by a further period of two weeks.
