The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379, 120(b), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of dowry and threatening to the life of the Informant by the family members of her in-laws. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the Informant is residing at Dehri in the house of the parents of the petitioner; to which the petitioner has no objection, she may live in that house and the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2422 of 2022(4) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 undertakes not to oust her from the house illegally, as stated in para-2 of the second Supplementary Affidavit dated 30.07.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that a good sense has prevailed between the parties.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Dehri (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
