Office is directed to add the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Barh, District- Patna as respondent no.3 to this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue this matter any further and he will be satisfied if 10% amount deposited with the State is returned to him as directed by the Collector, Patna.

In such view of the matter, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Barh, District- Patna is directed to return 10%

Patna High Court CWJC No.1966 of 2020(5) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 amount deposited by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of application by the petitioner annexing the copy of this order.
