2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the author of the injury caused to the victim by the hard and blunt substance and found to be grievous in nature.

4. Considering the fact that the injury caused to the victim is grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
