This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 206 of 2017 for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as similarly situated one of the co-accused, Amit Yadav, has been admitted to bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2826 of 2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 206 of 2017 to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7192 of 2018(3) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, on the conditions that one of the bailors must be close family member of the petitioners and secondly, the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the trial Court and in case of absence on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the trial Court.
