The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jadia P.S.Case No.211 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case so far this petitioner is concerned, allegation of assault is by Farsa on the head causing injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as per the Annexure 3, injuries are simple. Petitioner is in custody for two months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S.Case No.211 of 2019 . With the above direction, this application is allowed.
