2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 20.09.2019 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti in Benipatti P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 21 of 2019.

3. None has appeared for the O.P. No. 02.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel of the petitioners that the parties have settled their disputes long back on 19.08.2020 and therefore, the O.P. No. 02 is not taking any interest in the matter.

5. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the ACJM, Benipatti to consider the compromise petition filed by the parties within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. If the compromise is accepted by the informant then the criminal case shall be dropped against all the accused persons and in case, the informant does not appear in the Court below within the aforesaid time period then also the criminal case shall be dropped against all the accused persons.

7. In case the informant appears and opposes the compromise petition then the Court below will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
