2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol was recovered from the co-accused Ranjeet Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IV, Muzffarpur (West)/concerned Court below in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 457 of 2021 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Saraiya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
