JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada P.S.Case No. 858 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 566 litres of country made liquor from his room beside the Poultry Farm.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that Poultry Farm does not belong to the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of huge quantity of liquor which is made from the room of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of
