2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl and established physical relation with her.

4. The victim has supported the case of the prosecution. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2025.

5. In the trial, the witnesses are not been examined.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabhua is directed to ensure the attendance of witnesses in the trial and the Special Judge, POCSO is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabhua as well as the Special Judge, POCSO forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.

10. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
