In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.651 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation has been made that the son of the petitioners has forcefully lifted the victim girl with an intention enter into the marriage and kept her confined in the house of one Mahesh Singh, Ex-Mukhia.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are parents of co-accused Vikas Anand. In the statement under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, she has nothing
