The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the nature of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge Excise, Buxar in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019.
