Public Prosecutor. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to grant provisional bail in connection with S.T. No.461/2016 arising out of Turkaulia P.S. Case No.833/2015 on the plea that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner has been settled, whereas on merit, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice.
