JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 464C of 2016 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.11.2019.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that 20 years ago, he duped the complainant in the matter of purchasing land. The petitioner has committed forgery in execution of fake sale deed in favour of the complainant. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no
