JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14010 of 2017, the case of the petitioner for promotion was considered by the Departmental Promotion Committee, however his claim for promotion has stood rejected.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to assail the rejection of his claim regarding promotion.
