JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49507 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after remaining further four months in custody. The trial is not likely to be concluded in near future and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned APP opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the period of detention, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Pandey, J. M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 254 of 2015, subject to the
