2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022 registered in connection with S. Tr. No. 598 of 2024 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65483 of 2024 with the observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after three months. He submitted that the stipulated period of time which was given in that order, has completed. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.882 of 2025(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 in custody since 22.06.2024.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Court No.-1, Supaul in connection with S. Tr. No. 598 of 2024 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
