The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015, registered under Section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.09.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.24359 of 2015 on merit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I do not find any reason to reconsider the prayer of bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
