The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bishwambharpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when intercepted the petitioner failed to produce document regarding ownership of the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2019.
