JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(2) (V) of SC/ST Act. The allegation is that due to negligence in the surgery performed by the doctor, the wife of the informant died. Considering the facts, that the doctors have been granted bail vide order dated 30th January, 2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4103 of 2015 and 17th December, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44917 of 2014, let the petitioner, Ram Jee @ Ram Jee Ram, who is a Compounder, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

No.5328 of 2015 (2) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Punit Malviya, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Agion P.S.Case No. 77/2014 with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.

IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
