It appears that due to inadvertence in the last paragraph of the order No. 2 dated 31.01.2019, the satisfaction of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna", has wrongly been typed whereas it should have been "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City".

In such circumstances, let last paragraph of the order No. 2 dated 31.01.2019, in place of the words "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna", be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City".

The order No. 2 dated 31.01.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
