The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj PS Case No.293 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 342, 307, 379, 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the FIR and it is stated that they have surrounded the deceased and there is general allegation of assault. So far the specific allegation is concerned that is against one Suraj Kumar and Raju Kumar of stabbing the deceased causing death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation and two other accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 order dated 26.8.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.53199 of 2019 and order dated 2.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55144 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj PS Case No.293/19 . With the above direction, this application is allowed.
