The petitioners have sought for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing an order dated 11.05.1992 passed in Consolidation Rev. case No. 1816/84 (Gangotri Devi vs. Banarasi Devi & Ors) passed by the Director, Consolidation, Bihar whereby, he has set aside the order of the Consolidation Officer, Simri in case No. 105/104/ 1977-78 as well as the order of Appellate Authority dated 18.04.1984 affirming the order of the Consolidation Officer; on the ground that the objection raised by the petitioners itself was barred by time under section 10A of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956.

I do not find any illegality in the reasoning assigned by the Director in his order, impugned in the present application. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) BKS/- U
